The Aims and Objectives of the Home
Park Lane House Care Home seeks to provide all Residents with a life that is as normal as possible, to live independently with privacy, dignity and the opportunity to make their own choices.
By valuing the worth of every person and maximising autonomy, independence and participation, the aims and objections of the home will become a reality.

Philosophy of the Home
The home’s philosophy is based upon the belief that the Residents are entitled to be treated as individuals and not to be institutionalised by the requirements of the staff.
In order to achieve the home’s aims and objectives, the environment is in line with current creative thinking as well as the on-going development of the best practices in clinical and social care.

Staffing
The Manager, together with care and ancillary staff, are all committed to ensuring that the general health and well-being of everyone in their care is maintained to the highest possible standard.
All staff members receive regular and on-going training in a variety of areas to ensure they are qualified to provide the care and attention required to meet the needs of all residents. The home will work alongside other professionals such as District Nurses and Dieticians as and when the need arises.
